Johnny Valente

Johnny joined Pristine at the beginning of 2025 as Chargé d’Affaires Fonds. He has over ten years’ experience in structured finance, specifically in the structuring and management of securitisation vehicles (FCT/SPV) and private debt funds.

Prior to this, he spent three years at Banque PSA Finance (now Stellantis Finance Services), where he was involved in the operational deployment of numerous “Auto ABS” securitisation transactions in various european jurisdictions.

He then joined BNP Paribas Group and its management company (2015-2024), specialising in mutual securitisation funds (FCTs), where he developed expertise in securitisation transactions involving a wide range of underlying assets (ABS, RMBS and NPLs), as well as in the management of private debt funds.

Johnny holds a Master’s degree in Financial Markets from INSEEC Business School (Programme Grande Ecole).
