Catherine Marchal-Gralitzer

Catherine has more than 15 years of experience in financing and restructuring. Before joining Pristine as head of legal and head of fiducie, she previously held several roles at FHBX, administrateurs judiciaires, and BPCE group, where she was involved in international restructurings (Central Africa – Asia).

Catherine holds a Phd in Insolvency Law (subjet: Bondholders’ rights in insolvency proceedings – Cyrille Bialkiewicz prize winner 2023 – AFDD prize winner 2025) and is a lecturer at Panthéon Sorbonne University. She is a member of AJR (Association des Jeunes du Restructuring) since 2016 and of ARE since 2023.
