Nicolas Gueguen

Nicolas joined Pristine in 2019. He works as a Chargé d’Affaires on trust and financing transactions, in which he has acquired extensive experience of both the legal and operational aspects. Nicolas has several years’ experience in corporate law, financing, private equity and restructuring.

Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in General Private Law with a specialisation in Business Law from the University of Nantes.
