Koralie Grellier

Koralie has over ten years’ experience in corporate finance. She joined Pristine in 2017, where she heads the funds business, focusing on structuring and launching FIAs (SPFs, SFOs, FCTs).

Prior to that, she worked in the joint venture between Groupe PSA’s bank and Santander bank, in Paris and London, where she financed companies of all sizes. Her background has enabled her to develop strong skills in supporting high-risk structures, such as distressed companies and start-ups.

Koralie holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. She is a member of the Finance Innovation association and regularly takes part in the labelling committees.
